Join us for a two-day NexGen Business Development and Proposal Writing workshop with hands-on exercises and information packed learning sessions. Learn to setup your company’s business development and capture processes to ultimately support winning proposal writing.

In the Morning Session, we will set the foundation and give you tools, resources, and processes to find and chase down the right leads. We will also learn what to do with the leads once you decide to pursue them. Right from day one we will start learning some of the tricks to streamlining your proposal process and build our Proposal Pantry!

In the Afternoon Session, you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about writing winning proposals. From shredding the requirements document to creating a compliant outline and then to actual writing. We will give you strategies to craft the proposal narrative and create efficient response methods while avoiding the dreaded “copy/paste” method to proposal writing.
