WHAT IS THE CERTIFICATION MASTER PROGRAM?

The Certification Master Program is an intense, 3 month training and coaching program designed to assist small business owners obtain up to 5 certifications. 

 

The program will utilize a proprietary processes to help guide and track the work completed. The Mastermind sessions will take place each week (for the first month of the program, bi-weekly thereafter). These will be interactive sessions designed to offer certification advice and guidance on the preparation for up to 5 certifications per participant. An experienced facilitator will manage the classes and assigned coaches will hold the participants accountable to work completion and ensure the maximum result possible.

Upon completion, participants will have submitted up to a maximum of 5 certification packages to the respective certifying agencies, be prepared for any site visits required for the certifications, and most importantly, be ready to compete on government set-aside contracts by Q4 2018.

GOALS OF THE PROGRAM:

These are the goals of the Government Business Incubator Program:

  • Teach you the requirements for various certifications

  • Pursue up to 5 small business certifications (8a, MBE, WBE, etc.)

  • Prepare an internal certification process to streamline renewals

  • Submit up to 5 certification packages

  • Prepare for a successful site visit

  • Prepare deficiency responses

  • Obtain a course completion certificate

  • Expand and grow your business as a government contractor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Not every applicant will be accepted into this accelerated program

  • Open only to businesses who've attended the 1 day Certification Bootcamp

  • Must attend all sessions (must make up missed work)

  • 3 unexcused absences will result in removal from the current group and moved to a new cycle
